The Flap Wheel is a great tool for finish sanding of irregular or contoured surfaces such as Intarsia pieces, wooden toys, stylized carving, etc. The 6″ diameter plastic bodied wheel can operate at speeds of up to 2400 RPM and is a very safe tool to work with.

Flap Sanders have a 1/4 ” shaft that fits into any standard drill or drill press chuck. They can also be attached to small electric motors with an adapter (sold separately). The Flap Sander is an inexpensive sanding tool that will save you hours of sanding!
